Amritsar: While many Sikhs are leaving Afghanistan, the Sikhs carrying the holy book are not allowed to leave, Afghanistan has caused a stir.
The Taliban has been ruling Afghanistan for more than a year.
The Taliban, who are ruling the country by implementing strict laws, are implementing very strict laws, including banning women from pursuing higher education.
Suddenly women’s protest .. Taliban who chased away with guns .. excitement in Afghanistan!
Denial of entry to Sikhs
From time to time there are reports that poverty is rampant in many parts of the country under the rule of the Taliban. There is an action of the Taliban in order to prove that the Taliban is running a tyrannical regime in Afghanistan. It has been reported that the Taliban stopped 60 Sikhs who were going on a pilgrimage to India and refused to allow them.
India must take action
It has been alleged that the Taliban, who stopped the 65 Sikhs who left with the plan to come to India on the 11th, refused permission because they had the Guru Granth Sahib, the holy book of the Sikhs. Commenting on this, the Shiromani Gurudwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) has urged the central government to intervene in the matter and take appropriate action so that the sentiments of the Sikhs are not hurt.
Refusal to bring the holy book
In this regard, the statement issued by the Shiromani Gurudwara Parbandak Committee has said:- “The action of the Taliban who refused to allow the Guru Granth Sahib, the holy book of the Sikhs, to be taken out of Afghanistan is strongly condemned. 60 Sikhs should have arrived in India on the 11th. But they could not come because they were denied permission to bring the holy book. This is the direct intervention of the Taliban in the religious affairs of the Sikhs.
Attack on Sikhs
On the one hand Sikhs are being attacked in Afghanistan and on the other hand permission is being denied to bring their holy books to India. Sikhs are leaving Afghanistan because they feel that they are not safe in Afghanistan. “If Sikhs do not live in Afghanistan, who will protect the holy book of Sri Guru Granth Shakib Ji,” he said.
Hurting religious sentiments..
And he said, ‘Sikhs are taking their holy book with them to India only for such reasons. So, the Taliban should not act in such a way as to hurt the religious sentiments of the Sikhs,’ he said.
While many Sikhs are leaving Afghanistan, the Sikhs carrying the holy book are not allowed to leave, Afghanistan has caused a stir.
