Raipur: The BJP has accused the Jharkhand state MLAs who are camping in Chhattisgarh state capital Raipur of selling liquor in the state government car.
Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soran has complained to the Election Commission that the coal mining allocation is against the Representation of the People Act. The Chief Election Commission of India, which investigated the BJP’s complaint, said that Hemant Soran’s MLA. It recommended that the post be revoked.
If the Jharkhand Governor takes action on the Election Commission’s recommendation, Hemant Soran’s post as Chief Minister will be forfeited. Hemant Soran plans to make his wife the Chief Minister if such a situation arises.
Meanwhile, he first took 3 buses to the resort in Kunti area to retain his support MLAs. Hemant Soran consulted with the MLAs there. Hemant Soran then returned to Ranchi from there.
Following this, Hemant Soran visited Raipur in Chhattisgarh along with 40 MLAs. Speaking to reporters at Raipur Airport, Hemant Soran said, “This happens in politics. “We are ready to face any situation,” he said.
Meanwhile, liquor has been supplied to Jharkhand ruling party MLAs camped in Raipur. Liquor was transported in Chhattisgarh state government vehicles for this purpose. The BJP released pictures related to this and severely criticized the ruling Congress government in Chhattisgarh. Congress MLAs are also going to join the MLAs camping in Jharkhand.
